I don’t disagree in any specific sense, but it’s not for lack of being in neurodiversity affirming spaces. most of my friends have autism. I’ve been in neurodiverse online groups for a bit, and i don’t find them to be helpful.
at the end of the day, neurodiversity affirming or not, my job is very public facing (fundraising, public speaking) in a way that means i don’t get to opt out socially the way others sometimes can and detach from the reality of our perception to others.
